Band of Brothers Tour – Day 19

So today’s ride report. Well big Kev and I left Mildura and Marty and Kev left Robinvale approx 90 K’s behind. Kev and I had brekky at Renmark. Some amazing roads but a very cold morning and as I wore. Summer gloves and jacket thinking the day would warm up I froze. It was about 5 Celsius. Marty and Kev continued their tour of Museums and managed to cram in a couple more today on top of yesterday’s two or three. I think they are planning on making a movie 🎥 called a night at the museum 3 & 4. We all met up today at Port Augusta where the last couple of legs begin. Tomorrow Coober Pedy and back in the Alice on Friday. It’s been a great ride with a great bunch of guys, met some great people along the way and renewed old friendships at Harley Days. Personally I enjoyed Harley days and from people who have attended both this years event was much better with than last years. The thunder run is hard to do well in such a built up area and my suggestion would be to scrap it altogether. But the Music was good the stalls were great food and booze was reasonably priced and a fun time was had by all. I strongly recommend other club members get out and do trips of this nature attend some rallies or go on some good long runs. You can’t help but have a laugh along the way and see some of this amazing country. It doesn’t matter where you go just go and do it with a few mates you will not regret it.
